Resurface relationships I've let go quiet

Valuable contacts you haven't touched in months, with a warm note drafted for each

Once a month, help me reconnect with people I've let go quiet. My relationship sheet [sheet link — or build it on the first run from my suggestions] lists contacts worth keeping warm: past clients, champions, mentors, old colleagues, with Last Touch and Drafted columns. Each run, update Last Touch first by checking my recent Gmail and LinkedIn threads, then pick the [5] most valuable people I haven't touched in [3+ months] — skipping anyone whose Drafted date is within the last [2] months, so the rotation works through the whole list even when I don't end up sending a draft. For each, check their LinkedIn for a genuine reason to reach out — a new role, a launch, a post, an anniversary. Draft a short, warm note in my voice that leads with them, not me: no pitch, no "just checking in", one specific reference. Save email versions as Gmail drafts; put LinkedIn-message versions in the sheet. Stamp each pick's Drafted column with today's date and the hook you used. Finish with the list: who, the hook, and where the draft lives.
