Send connection requests to my list on LinkedIn

Here is my list of people to connect with: [paste a CSV/sheet link]. The LinkedIn profile URL is in [column D] and, if present, a custom note for each person is in [column E]. For each row, open the profile and first check whether I'm already connected or have a pending request — if so, skip it and mark the row "skip". Otherwise send a connection request. If the row has a custom note, use it verbatim; if not, write a short personalized note (under 300 characters) referencing something specific from their profile. Never invent facts. Work in small batches and stop early if LinkedIn shows any warning or rate limit. In the sheet, mark each row sent / skipped / could-not-send and paste the note you used. When you're done, tell me how many you sent, skipped, and couldn't reach, and why.
