Turn an event attendee list into an outreach sheet
Attendees scraped, enriched with LinkedIn and emails, and prioritized for outreach
Here is the attendee or exhibitor list for [event]: [link to the list page, or paste it]. First, extract everyone into a Google Sheet: first name, last name, company, title, and attendee/exhibitor type. Handle pagination so nothing is missed, and de-duplicate. Then enrich: find each person's LinkedIn profile URL (verify the name and company actually match before accepting it) and, where findable, a work email. Add a Priority column scoring each contact against my ICP: [who you're targeting, e.g. VP+ at companies over 200 people]. Work the high-priority rows first and save progress as you go so partial results are usable. Never invent emails — leave the cell blank and mark it NOT FOUND. Finish with counts: total extracted, LinkedIn found, emails found, and the top 10 contacts worth reaching out to first.
