Draft a researched cold email for every lead in my sheet

Gmail drafts with a specific researched hook per lead, no template-blast filler

For each lead in [sheet link] without a draft yet, do real research before writing: open their company site and the contact's LinkedIn, and find one specific hook — a recent announcement, a post they wrote, a product detail, a hiring pattern. Then write an 80-to-120-word cold email in my voice: open with the hook, one tight sentence on how [your product] connects to it, one proof point like [customer result or metric you want cited], and a soft call to action asking if it's worth a short call. No 'I hope this finds you well' and no flattery without substance. Create each as a Gmail draft and mark the row 'drafted'. If you can't find a genuine hook, mark the row 'needs research' and move on — a generic email is a fail. Report drafted versus skipped counts.
