Refresh my outreach tracker while I sleep
Every row re-checked overnight with a next action, stale flags, and backup contacts
Every night, go through my outreach tracker [sheet link] row by row and get it ready for tomorrow. For each contact, verify on LinkedIn that they're still in the same role — if they've left the company, mark the row 'contact moved' and find one replacement contact at the same company with a similar title, adding their name, title, and profile URL in the notes. Then set the 'next action' column based on the row's stage and last-touched date: needs first touch, due for follow-up, waiting on them, or close the loop. Flag anything untouched for more than [14] days as stale. Don't change my notes and don't delete rows. Leave a short changelog at the top of the sheet: rows updated, movers found, replacements added, stale count.
