Search public sources — G2 and Capterra reviews, Reddit, and public forum threads — for people complaining about [competitor] in the last [6] months: pricing changes, missing features, support problems, migration threads. For each complaint where the person's company is identifiable from their profile or post, capture the company, the complainer's role if shown, a short direct quote, a link, and which complaint theme it falls under. Then suggest the angle [your product] should lead with for that theme. Show me the results as a table in chat, grouped by theme, with the strongest switch candidates at the top. Quality bar: only public posts and only identifiable companies — skip anonymous reviews and individuals with no company context. Finish with the three most common complaint themes and their counts.
