Pulse-check our feedback channel every morning
A daily digest of feedback themes, urgent issues, and who should own them
Every weekday morning, read the new messages in our [feedback or support] Slack channel since the last run and turn them into a pulse the team will actually read. Group the feedback into: bugs and issues, with severity judged by user impact and how many people reported it; feature requests, merging duplicates and counting them; and notable reactions — both praise and frustration — quoted briefly with a link to the original message. Lead with anything urgent: a spreading issue, an unhappy important customer, anything needing an owner today. Mark those 'needs action' with a suggested owner type — engineering, support, or product. Then the themed digest with counts and links. Keep it under 300 words. If the channel was quiet, send the one-liner 'Quiet day — nothing needing action' instead of inventing themes.
