Brief me on everyone I'm meeting today

A prep sheet per meeting: who they are, what's new, and what to say

Every weekday morning, open my Google Calendar (I'm logged in) and prep me for today's external meetings. Skip internal standups and 1:1s with my own team. For each external meeting, research the attendees: current role and company from LinkedIn, plus anything recent and relevant — company news this month, a launch, a funding round, a notable post. Add one paragraph of company context: what they do, size or stage, and why they're likely talking to us ([my context, e.g. what my company sells]). If the invite carries an agenda or attached doc, summarize it in two lines. Then give me 2-3 sharp talking points or questions per meeting based on what you found — specific to them, never generic icebreakers. Format: one block per meeting in time order — time, title, attendees with one-line bios, context, talking points — under 150 words per meeting. No external meetings today means one quiet line.
