Track grant and RFP deadlines

Once a week, scan for new grants, RFPs, and funding opportunities relevant to [my field, org, and location]. Check [the grant portals, foundation sites, and government tenders I name]. For each new one, capture the funder, amount, eligibility, a one-line fit assessment for me, and the deadline. Drop anything I clearly don't qualify for. Sort by deadline (soonest first) and send me the roundup, flagging anything due within two weeks.
