Open my finance sheet [link] with budgeted and actual figures by category, compute the variance (dollar and percent) for each line, and flag the biggest overspends and underspends. Write a short narrative explaining the likely drivers of the top 3 variances, and note any category trending worse for several months in a row. Send me the summary and update the variance tab in the sheet.
