Review my job search every Sunday and plan the week
Where every application stands, what stalled, and the five moves to make this week
Every Sunday evening, review my job search. Read my tracker [sheet link] and my Gmail for the week: new applications, replies, interviews, rejections, and silence. Tell me the funnel for the week and to date: applied, responses, interviews, offers, and the response rate by source so we can see which channels work. Flag applications with no reply after 10 days and draft a polite follow-up for each in my voice, saved as Gmail drafts. Flag interviews this week and what to prepare. Then plan: the five highest-value actions for the coming week, e.g. specific postings to apply to that match my criteria [titles, locations, floor], people to contact, or resume fixes based on where I'm getting screened out. Send nothing yourself. Keep the review under 300 words.
