Keep every job application and its status in one sheet

Confirmations, rejections, and interview invites from your inbox into a live tracker

Every morning, read my Gmail for anything about my job search: application confirmations, recruiter replies, interview invitations, assessments, rejections, and offers. Also check the application dashboards on [job boards I use, e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse or Workday portals]. Update my tracker [sheet link, or create one]: one row per company and role, with date applied, source, current stage, last contact date, next step and its deadline, and a link to the thread. Add new applications you find and move existing rows to the right stage; never delete a row. Then tell me what needs action today: interviews to confirm, assessments due, follow-ups older than a week with no reply, and anything that sounds like a scam. Read-only in my inbox and portals: do not reply, decline, or accept anything for me.
