Mine customer reviews for complaints and feature gaps

Themed complaints, praise, and feature gaps with representative quotes and counts

Mine customer reviews of [product or category] for what users actually think. Read through G2, Capterra, app store reviews, Reddit threads, and support community posts — at least a few dozen reviews across sources, weighted toward the last 12 months. Cluster what you find into themes: recurring complaints, most-loved capabilities, feature requests that keep coming up, deal-breakers that made people churn, and who seems happiest versus angriest by team size or use case when reviews say. For each theme, give a representative quote with a link and a rough count of how often it appeared. End with the five clearest opportunities this suggests for [my product or decision], ranked by how often the underlying pain showed up. Distinguish widespread patterns from one-off rants, note when negative reviews cluster around a specific version or time period, and ignore obviously fake or incentivized reviews.
