Build a dossier on someone before I meet them
An executive-ready brief: background, recent moves, and talking points, sourced
Build a dossier on [name, plus company or LinkedIn URL to disambiguate]. Context: [why — e.g. investor meeting next week, sales pitch, interview, potential hire]. Research them across public sources: LinkedIn, their company bio, podcasts and conference talks, interviews, recent posts and articles, and news mentions. Pull together: career history and the through-line of it, what they own in their current role, what they've said publicly they care about, recent moves worth knowing (new role, launch, funding, board seat), and anything we plausibly have in common ([my background]). Then make it useful for the meeting: three talking points tailored to my context, two smart questions that show I did my homework, and any topics to avoid. Cite a source for each substantive claim, keep inference clearly separated from fact, and flag it if there are multiple people by this name and you're not certain which one this is. Format as a one-page brief I can skim in two minutes.
