Sync Slack referrals into my ATS every week
Referrals from your Slack channel checked against the ATS and filed with sources
Every Monday, read everything posted in our [referrals channel name] Slack channel since the last run. Pull out each referred candidate: name, LinkedIn or resume link, the role they're suggested for, and who referred them. Then open our ATS — [ATS name, e.g. Ashby; I'm logged in in the browser] — and check whether each candidate already exists. If they're new, add them to the right job with the source set to referral and the referrer's name in the notes. If they already exist, don't create a duplicate — add a note that another referral came in. If a Slack post is missing a link or a role, don't chase anyone in Slack; just list it as 'incomplete' for me. Finish with a summary — added, already existed, incomplete — and post nothing back to the channel.
