Screen every new job application

Someone just applied through my Typeform application form. Read their answers and open any resume or portfolio link they included. Score them against the role: [role title] needing [the 3 to 5 must-have skills or experiences]. Rate them strong, maybe, or no, with [2 to 3] specific reasons tied to what they wrote, not general impressions. If they're strong, suggest [2] questions to ask in a first call that test the areas I'm least sure about. Don't contact the candidate. Tell me their name, the rating, and the reasons.
