Score vendors against my evaluation criteria

I'm evaluating [category, e.g. CRM tools] vendors: [vendor list]. Score each against my criteria: [criteria with weights, e.g. SSO support 3x, API quality 2x, pricing transparency, support SLAs, data residency]. For each vendor, dig through their site, docs, security or trust pages, and pricing pages to find real evidence per criterion — not marketing claims. Score each criterion 1-5 with a one-line justification and a source link; use UNKNOWN where you can't find evidence, and never assume. Compute weighted totals and build the scorecard as a table in chat: vendors as columns, criteria as rows, totals at the bottom, plus a paragraph on the top pick and the strongest runner-up. Call out any vendor whose docs contradict their marketing.
