Build a list of local businesses with contact info

Build me a list of [business type, e.g. independent dental offices, HVAC contractors, boutique gyms] in [area: city, county, or radius around a zip]. Search Google Maps, Yelp, industry directories, and the chamber of commerce, then open each business's own website to confirm it is real and operating and to pull the details: name, address, phone, website, public email or contact form, owner or manager name if listed, rating and review count, and one line on what they specialize in. Deduplicate locations of the same business and drop permanently closed ones. Only record contact info that is publicly listed; mark blanks as 'not published' rather than guessing emails. Write everything to a new Google Sheet [or the sheet I link], one row per business, up to [count, e.g. 100]. Tell me how many you found versus verified and which sources produced the most.
