Mine product reviews for themes and quotes
A breakdown of what customers praise and complain about, with receipts
Read recent reviews of [product or company] across [review sites, e.g. G2, Trustpilot, the app stores] — aim for the last [200] reviews or 6 months, whichever is smaller. Group what people say into themes, separated into praise and complaints, with a rough count for each theme so I can see what's most common. Pull 2-3 representative verbatim quotes per major theme (no reviewer names) and note the star-rating skew per site. Then summarize: top 3 things customers love, top 3 complaints, anything trending recently that wasn't there before, and one opportunity this suggests for [my product or positioning]. Deliver the report in chat with the themed quote table as a CSV at the end. Don't cherry-pick — counts should reflect what's actually there.
