Pull current rates from my affiliate dashboards
One tracker showing every program's current rates, terms, and looming expirations
Once a week, log into each of my affiliate portals [portal URLs] using my existing browser sessions and pull the current terms for every program I'm enrolled in: program name, commission or CPA rate, cookie window, any promo bonuses, and expiration or renewal dates where shown. Update my tracker sheet [sheet link] — one row per program, overwriting stale values but keeping a Last Checked date column. Highlight anything that changed since the previous check, and flag programs whose rates expire within the next [30] days at the top of your summary. If a portal won't load or my session is logged out, list it as SKIPPED so I know to fix it rather than assuming it was checked.
