Compare what we built against the spec and list the gaps

Compare the implementation at [app URL] against this spec: [paste spec or public link]. Go requirement by requirement. For each one, actually exercise the feature in the app — do not assume from the UI that it works. Mark each requirement: implemented correctly, implemented differently than specified (describe the difference), or missing. Pay special attention to edge cases the spec calls out: empty states, validation rules, error messages, limits. Also probe two or three obvious edge cases the spec forgot to mention and note how the app behaves. Output: a coverage table (requirement, status, evidence screenshot), then a gap list ordered by user impact, with exact repro steps for anything wrong. Phrase each gap so it can become a ticket without rewriting.
