Turn bug reports in Slack into issue drafts
A well-formed issue draft for every bug someone reports in your bugs channel
A new message was just posted in my [bugs] Slack channel. Read it and its thread. If it isn't a bug report, or it's from a bot, stop and do nothing. Skip anything that starts with [polar] so you never react to your own replies. Otherwise, turn it into an issue draft with: a one-line title, the steps to reproduce, what was expected and what happened, the environment (browser, device, app version) if mentioned, and any screenshots or links from the thread. Mark anything the reporter didn't say as unknown instead of guessing. Check [our issue tracker] for an existing issue about the same bug and link it if there is one. Reply in the thread starting with "[polar]" with the draft, so someone can file it. Don't file it yourself.
