Set up my GitHub webhook and prove it fires
A configured webhook with a verified test delivery and the response code to prove it
Set up a webhook on my GitHub repo [owner/repo] pointing to [webhook endpoint URL], then verify it actually works — do not stop at saving the form. In the repo settings, add the webhook with content type application/json, secret [secret, or skip], and these events: [events, e.g. push and pull_request]. After saving, trigger a real test: use GitHub's ping or redeliver, then confirm in the Recent Deliveries panel that the request went out and came back with a 2xx. Screenshot the delivery details — request headers, payload, and response. If delivery fails, diagnose from the response code and body (timeout, TLS, 404, auth) and tell me exactly what is wrong on my end. Finish with a short summary: what is configured, proof it works, and anything I should harden.
