Stress-test every form on my site

Test every form on [site]. For each form (signup, contact, checkout, search, and so on), try valid input, empty required fields, invalid emails, too-long input, special characters, and double-submits. Record what happens each time: does it validate correctly, show clear errors, block bad input, and confirm success? Capture a screenshot of every failure or confusing state. Give me a pass/fail table by form and field, with the highest-severity issues at the top.
