Smoke-test my core flows every morning before standup

Every weekday morning, run a smoke test of the core flows on [staging URL] and tell me if anything broke overnight. The flows: [list 2-4 critical flows, e.g. signup, login, create a project, checkout]. Execute each one fully, as a real user would, with a screenshot at the final success state. Mark each flow pass or fail. On failure, retry once to rule out flakiness, then capture the failing step, console errors, and a screenshot. Report format: one status line up top (all green, or which flows are red), then a diff against yesterday's run — newly broken, still broken, fixed. Keep the all-green report to three lines so I can read it before standup. For failures, include repro steps precise enough to paste into an issue.
