Pick a fair giveaway winner from my post comments

Go to my giveaway post [post URL] and collect every comment entry. The rules entrants had to follow: [rules, e.g. tag two friends and follow my account]. Build the full entry list, then filter out entries that don't meet the rules, duplicate comments from the same account, and obvious bot or giveaway-farm accounts. From the valid pool, pick [1] winner at random plus [2] backups. Show me: total comments, valid entries after filtering, who was removed and why (grouped by reason, not name-by-name), and the winner and backups with profile links so I can verify them. Don't announce or DM anyone — I'll handle the announcement myself.
