Every day, search X and Reddit for new mentions of [brand name and common misspellings] from the past 24 hours. Include posts, replies, and threads — not just tags. Log each mention to my tracker [sheet link]: date, platform, link, author, a one-line summary, sentiment (positive, neutral, negative), priority (urgent, normal, ignore), and a suggested next action like reply, thank, escalate, or monitor. Urgent means complaints gaining traction, support issues, or questions from accounts with real followings. Don't reply to anything. Skip spam and bot posts. After logging, give me a quick rundown of anything urgent — or tell me it was a quiet day.
