Keep my travel plans organized from my inbox
Every confirmation pulled into one itinerary, with gaps and conflicts flagged
Every morning, sweep my Gmail for new travel confirmations — flights, hotels, trains, rental cars, restaurant reservations, event tickets — and keep my itinerary sheet current. Use the itinerary sheet [sheet link, or create one on the first run and tell me where it lives] as the ledger: check what's already logged (match on confirmation number) so nothing is duplicated, then append anything new with the details parsed out — dates, times, confirmation number, provider, and a link back to the email. Group entries into trips by date range. Then sanity-check each upcoming trip: flights with no hotel for those nights, hotels with no way to get there, overlapping bookings, tight connections, and check-in windows that are now open. Stay quiet if nothing new arrived and nothing needs attention. Otherwise, send me a short update: what you added, what's missing, and anything time-sensitive.
