Go through my tracking sheet [sheet link] row by row. For every row with missing fields — [e.g. status, owner, contact info, notes] — visit the website in the [URL column] and fill in what you can verify: whether the site is live, current company or project status, the right contact or owner according to their site, and a one-line note on anything that changed since the sheet was last touched. Write only into empty cells or cells marked for refresh; never overwrite values that are already filled unless they are now provably wrong, and if so, record the old value in the notes column. Match the formatting of existing rows. Mark dead links and redirects clearly instead of leaving cells blank. When you finish, summarize: rows completed, rows where the site was down or the info wasn't findable, and anything surprising worth my attention.
