Find meeting times and draft the scheduling email
Open slots found across calendars and a polished scheduling email ready to send
Find time for [meeting description, e.g. a 45-minute intro call] with [attendees] in the next [time window]. Open my Google Calendar and find slots where I'm genuinely free — respect my preferences: [e.g. no meetings before 10am, keep Fridays light]. If colleagues' calendars are visible to me, check their availability too; for external people, propose three or four options. Account for time zones explicitly — state each proposed slot in both my time and theirs. Then draft, but don't send, the scheduling email in Gmail: a brief context line on why we're meeting, the proposed slots formatted clearly, and an offer to send an invite once they pick. If this is a reschedule, reference the original thread and acknowledge the change. Show me the draft and the reasoning behind the slots you picked, including conflicts you worked around. Don't create the calendar event yet — that happens after they reply.
