Draft release notes from this week's merged PRs
Release notes drafted from merged pull requests, grouped and ready to publish
Every Friday, draft release notes covering this week's merged pull requests in [org/repo]. Pull every PR merged since the last run, read the titles, descriptions, and linked issues, and sort them into: new features, improvements, bug fixes, and internal or maintenance work — the last group excluded from the public notes but listed for me. Rewrite each entry for users, not engineers: what changed and why they'd care, with no internal jargon or ticket numbers in the public text. Group related PRs into one entry when they ship a single feature, and credit notable community contributions if any. Where a PR's purpose is unclear, check the linked issue before guessing; if still unclear, put it in a needs-clarification list instead of writing something wrong. Deliver the polished public notes in our usual format [paste an example or link], plus the internal list and the unclear items. Don't publish anywhere — these are drafts for my review.
