Send me my business numbers every morning

Every morning at 7am, log into my dashboards [e.g. Shopify, Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads] and pull yesterday's numbers: [the metrics I care about, e.g. revenue, orders, refunds, ad spend, new leads, bookings, cash balance]. Compare each to the day before, the trailing 7-day average, and the same weekday last week. Flag anything that moved more than 20% and say what you think drove it if the dashboards show a reason (a campaign, a stockout, a refund spike). Deliver a digest of ten lines or fewer [here / in Slack #channel / by email], numbers first, then flags. Append the same numbers as a new row in my tracking sheet [sheet link] so I build a history. Read-only everywhere: change no settings, pause nothing, and never guess a number you could not see.
