Bulk-update my CRM records by a rule

In my [CRM or ATS — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Ashby], apply this update across records: [the rule — e.g. "for every lead with source = AE Referral from the last 60 days, set an empty Verified Billable field to Pending Verification"]. Work record by record and follow the rule exactly: skip records that already have a value unless I said to overwrite, and never touch fields outside the ones named. If a record is ambiguous — missing data, conflicting values, doesn't clearly match the rule — skip it and log why instead of guessing. Keep a running log as you go: record name or ID, what changed (old value to new), or why it was skipped. Pause after the first [5] so I can confirm the pattern before you do the rest. Finish with totals — updated, skipped, flagged — and the full log so I can spot-check.
