Compile my creator payouts into one monthly sheet
One sheet with every platform payout for the month, reconciled and totaled
On the first of each month, compile my creator income for the previous month. Log into each of my dashboards — [list yours, e.g. YouTube Studio, Patreon, affiliate portals] — and pull the month's earnings: gross revenue, platform fees, net payout, and payout date or status. Grab the per-stream detail where it exists, like memberships versus ads versus tips. Update my income sheet [sheet link]: one row per platform per month using the existing columns, plus a monthly total row. Compare against the prior month and note significant swings with the likely driver — a video that popped, a sponsor ending, a fee change. Flag payouts that are pending, delayed, or below a platform's payout threshold so nothing silently rolls over. Screenshot each dashboard's summary for my records and note where each is saved. Finish with a two-line summary: the total for the month, and the one trend I should pay attention to.
