Answer questions posted in a Slack channel

A new message was just posted in a Slack channel I watch. Read it. If it isn't a question or request, or it's from a bot, stop and do nothing. Skip anything that starts with [polar] so you never answer your own replies. Otherwise, work out the answer. Check [our docs, wiki, or the pinned messages in the channel] and earlier threads in the channel for anything that's been answered before. Reply in the message's thread, starting with "[polar]". Keep it short, link the source you used, and if you're not sure of the answer, say so and tag [the right person] instead of guessing. Tell me what was asked and how you answered.
