Prep my 1099 contractor list

Help me prep 1099s for [year]. Open my payments records [accounting tool or sheet link] and find everyone I paid as a contractor. Total payments per contractor, flag those at or above the $600 reporting threshold, and check whether I have a W-9 on file (legal name, address, TIN) for each. Output a clean table of who needs a 1099, their totals, and exactly what info is still missing so I can chase it. Write it into a Google Sheet. This is prep support, not tax advice.
