Make my message sound more confident, kind, or firm
Three rewrites in your target tone that keep the meaning and all the facts
Rewrite this message to sound more [tone, e.g. confident, warm, firm, formal, casual]: [paste message]. Context: [who it is going to and the situation, e.g. declining a vendor renewal, nudging a late payment, asking my landlord to fix something]. Keep every fact, commitment, date, and amount exactly as I wrote them — change the music, not the message. Do not add apologies I did not make or promises I did not offer, and do not escalate or soften my actual position unless the tone shift requires acknowledging it. Give me three versions: 1) a light touch — minimal edits, just enough; 2) the full rewrite in the target tone; 3) a shorter version that says the same thing in half the length. After each, one line on what changed. Flag any sentence where tone and content genuinely conflict, so I can decide.
