Organize these scattered answers into a clean FAQ
An organized FAQ with grouped sections and answers anyone can understand
Build an FAQ from this raw material: [paste support replies, docs fragments, or notes — any messy format]. The audience: [e.g. new customers, candidates, end users]. Mine the material for every distinct question it actually answers, rewrite each question the way a real user would ask it, and write a clear, self-contained answer — no 'see above', no internal jargon. Where my material answers the same question two different ways, pick the better answer and flag the contradiction for me to confirm. Group the questions into three to six logical sections, ordered by how often people are likely to ask. Quality bar: every answer should make sense to someone with zero context, and no answer should run past 120 words. Deliver as formatted text with section headers, plus a list of the contradictions and gaps you found.
