Proofread this and show me every change you made

Proofread this text: [paste text]. Fix grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency — capitalization of product names, hyphenation, number formatting, date formats, serial commas one way or the other. Do not rewrite for style: keep my sentence structure and word choices unless they are actually wrong. This is a proofread, not an edit. Deliver two things. First, the clean corrected text, ready to paste. Second, a tracked-changes-style log: every change shown as before and after, with a reason of five words or fewer (e.g. subject-verb agreement, consistent date format). Group the log by type so patterns jump out. If you spot the same mistake repeatedly, say so once at the top — it means I should learn the rule. Flag anything ambiguous you deliberately did not touch, like jargon that might be intentional, in a final left-alone note.
